-to me, it may not be their best video yet, but their most meaningful. they gave the song more meaning than it being just a love song. try your deep comprehension and open your eyes to what they're trying to get across.

_{well, i want to start my journal by saying Happy Halloween! yes, i like too celebrate it early with the Panic boys. as i'm sure you've all seen their newest video... i'm really surprised because when it was posted on the 25th and I saw it, i also saw how many comments and views it already had... and it was just posted that day. i'm glad. Ryan's voice makes me laugh and smile... it tickles me. no joke. and Brendon. as always, hypnotizing. and Jon and Spencer falling, epic win. it was adorable. and oh yeah! anyone care to do the Panic dance with me?}

and as for my friend, please welcome

. [i made her that icon, and i'm trying to get her an author tag too] from the name, she's a chocoholic. she likes slash, a little. i don't want to taint her just yet, but yeah, she likes Peterick enough

she takes pictures and stuff, and i'm sure she'd offer more once she gets the hang of things. you could tell her what you can offer so she'd watch you too. her account is really new, and she's sort of lost, so be gentle with her. ^^ okay, go poke her now for me.

_{in my news, well, still working on a lot. check out the cloud prons i took! i like them. it makes me want to dream more and aim higher. i owe a lot... like my Peterick slash. i still think they're cute... and speaking of those boys... congratulate Joe Trohman on his engagement okay? i'm glad to see that they are growing up, and that they believe in commitment. and oh yeah, he proposed to his long term GF in Tokyo. i do not take credit for this tidbit, it was from my boss:

The video for that song has to be the oddest thing I've seen in a while, but it's nice to know they're getting into the mood.

Joe got engaged - sweet.

[Comment above was referring to "It's Almost Halloween"] I love how the "Northern Downpour" video is in black & white. I'm so glad they released it, it deserves to do well. I think if they had went all out for the video, it would have distracted from the song itself, instead showing the lyrics reminds us why we have music videos in the first place.

i am too. i know! i'm kind of pissed off that a lot is angry at how the video sucks and all that bull. i don't mind if they expected more, but like you said, the song and the message would've been ignored if they went all out like their other videos. this, they made it more than a love song.

i think they're still trying to see if the fans would react well to it. like what they did to Mad as Rabbits and That Green Gentleman. They included Mad As Rabbits on their album [the special edition kind] and then aired That Green Gentlemen around the world. it would be a shame if they didn't show Northern Downpour. it's like my favorite song of theirs.

let's just wait and see. if i know something, i'll post it ^^

O thonk Philippines never showed Mad as Rabbits in the local Myx and MTV.....The only channel I saw it was on Australia Netwrok and that was Pretty.Odd......literally lol.....thanks anyway

(although it would be cool if they made a music video of She had the World)
